I had to manage these proceedings from Pennsylvania and Kevin made this very easy for me, keeping in contact, answering questions and helping with decisions. He worked with the title companies to ensure seamless transferal of each property. Knowing that I had someone trustworthy and highly professional like Kevin to rely on was a tremendous relief to me during this process!

The most detailed real estate agent I have had the pleasure of knowing and the most professional too. His expertise are just wonderful to see in play. He is helping us buy a house in fiddlesticks country club in fort Myers and we walked inside one house and he instantly asked the sellers agent of the owners knew the seals of the sliders were loose. When I asked him what were the consequences of that he replied your impact resistant sliders are compromised if that seal is not replaced . Wow effect . He instantly picked that up within 2 minutes of us walking in the house for the viewing . I was blown away. His negotiation skills when purchasing a property are dangerously amazing .
