Team Fix it

We love Realtors but Very unethical and we faced ethics violations. As an agent there are "fiduciary duty" by law to look out for your interests. Not in this case.

Did an NCNDA WITH Suzette Weddington @ Sellstate Next generation Realty Ocala after working with a Home for sale together. The seller agreed to pay our team to bring a buyer. We used Suzette which started off great. We had our cleaning crew clean the house with her. I told her the price and opened the door for her. Note seller is not local we are so we did everything because we are local.

We Gave her things from the house also. She did walk through and was very excited with the buyer wanting to close in a week. Rushed contracts knowing how good the deal was and inside price.

The fact we did NCNDA with the company name and number We felt safe. They didn’t care this didn’t matter at all.

We disclosed the title info and seller info. After the info Suzette Weddington stated sorry the buyer no longer wants the home on the 19th. On the 20th Suzette asked is it available we felt something was going on seller went missing and Suzette stopped being so excited and responding, just oh I was busy after she got contracts with seller name and title info.

They flat out cut our company out the deal and guess what sale-state purchased the home for the same price the next day through Sara Roberts-Hadala @Sellstate Next Generation Realty Ocala from the same exact company. Seller slipped and stated its dog eat dog world and they contacted him directly but as with this company signing the NCNDa with the same company name and number that purchased the home then Resold it for 100k over asking. At least they could have not taken money from our company to profit their company it sucks small businesses can’t trust local agents anymore. I have all proof and documents and photos of text proof.

Anyone looking for a diligent, prompt, honest and trustworthy real estate agent then look at working with Shannon Hudge from Sellstate Next Generation Realty. She is all of these qualities and more. I have never worked with an agent in the Ocala area who is as efficient as Shannon. She is open and knowledgeable and if there is a question or situation that she does not immediately know she finds it out and reports it back in a timely manner. We looked at many homes before I bought one in this busy market. She was always gracious. I will be hiring Shannon in the next month or so to sell my second home. I trust her that much! So, go ahead and reach out to Shannon. You will be glad you did.

I’ve worked with two agents here and both have let us down.. our first was Kelly Robinson and she was alright, didn’t communicate well and neglected to show us some houses. The second is David Dickenson, we were trying to buy from him and he would not respond for days!!!! The house we were trying to buy ended up having a flood because he didn’t let us know that the utilities were on and nearby neighbours turned off our well so the house wasn’t fully drenched. Honestly some of the realtors we worked with that are from this agency are terrible and only care if the house is over 200k... anything less they don’t care.
