We had the pleasure to work with Amy Slichter, Ken Boenish and Robert Trice during our search for, and subsequent purchase of a property in Winter Park. Amy was the primary point of contact as we reviewed various properties and accompanied us as we visited locations. She even visited a property and recorded a video when we were unable to attend in-person - she was wonderful to work with. As we transitioned to the offer phase, Ken took the lead, walking us through the process, keeping us up to date with weekly meetings, and working with the sellers agent to smooth any bumps in the negotiation process.
