Three years ago, during the holiday season, I developed a product as a whimsical gift. Gifting was gratifying as I witnessed the joy derived by recipients from the product and brief fun stories.

My product quickly evolved through multiple generations with stories to be told. That’s when Randy Braunstein of
IM GRAPHICS and I met to collaborate about my vision. Even this small-scale solution compared to my large-scale solutions career (*) still required similar consulting skills to realize success.
