Das Haus ("The Lake House") war ein absoluter Traum! Alle Immobilien sind modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Dieses Jahr werden wir wieder mieten und können Aloha wirklich jedem weiterempfehlen! Their listing failed to mention a new home is under construction directly next door. At 7:30am on weekdays you'll be awoken by the sound of construction and the crew. The second floor balcony of the home under construction overlooks the pool of the rental home. After raising the noise issue, the management company offered to provide a discount. It's now been over a week since checking out and we've yet to see the discount credit promised or a reply to our follow up. Other small issues; upon arrival none of the outlets worked on the kitchen and bathroom counters. We were also told of a three hour time block required during our stay so repairs could be made on the sliding doors.

Rented the Aloha Vista from them in Feb 2022. The house had several issues including a broken pool heater. After complaints we were pushed off saying it was due to weather. Being a pool owner myself I knew differently. I continued to ask for it to be repaired and finally on the last day of the trip the had a pool heater dropped off. At 66 degrees the pool wasn’t able to be used and the said they would discuss a refund but have been ghosted and any communication has been ignored. I’d never rent from them again. Stuff happens, it’s part of life, so it’s all in how you handle it in my book. There were some good points about the property but the things that were bad were the entire reason we left WI in the winter and they fell way short. Do better Aloha!

We have our property listed with Aloha Florida Vacation Rental. Our property is not just an investment property it is our dream home. We hope to retire and live there full time in 5 years. We are very protective of our home. I really feel like they care for our home like it is their own. We have been so pleased with all the bookings on our home since being listed with Aloha Florida. They check all the tenants in and will show them how everything works. They also walk the property with the tenants on check out. Most companies do not do that. While San Pedro is a beautiful, large home in a great location, prospective customers should be aware of ALOHA management issues. First, ALOHA requires full cash payment up front, including a cash deposit. We’ve traveled a lot in Europe where this is more common (instead of a credit card) but realize you have no recourse if there are problems with the property as there was for us. Second, be aware that ALOHA is a third-party manager for some of the properties it lists such as San Pedro. This wouldn’t be an issue if ALOHA stood by its customer service but instead told us nothing could be done since they didn’t directly manage the property.
Issue 1 - When we arrived for our seven-night stay the house appeared neat and clean but when we checked the beds the linens were wrinkled and, upon closer inspection, dirty with hair. They obviously hadn’t been changed since the last people stayed in the house. We complained to ALOHA, who passed along the complaint to the property manager (this was when we realized ALOHA didn’t directly manage this property). The manager arrived with the cleaning crew and instead of being apologetic was surly and arrogant.
Issue 2 – The first evening we noticed the upstairs was significantly warmer than downstairs but for the first couple of nights it was tolerable. Then we had a hot spell and the upstairs became really uncomfortable. We brought this to ALOHA’s attention who passed along the information to the property manager. The next day a repairman arrived and confirmed the upstairs air conditioning unit was blown but he didn’t have the necessary parts. That night it was 84F and humid upstairs as we tried to sleep. By the end of the week, the unit still wasn’t repaired. In addition, the repair crew showed up at 6 a.m. the day of our departure.
We demanded to be compensated for our troubles but ALOHA refused saying it was out of their hands and between us, the property manager, and the repair company. They offered a discount on our next ALOHA rental, which we obviously refused. To add further insult to injury, ALOHA deducted the cost of the electricity from our deposit. Once again, since we paid full cash up front we had no leverage. Lesson learned.

We rented villa, Sapphire Sea, from ALOHA Florida for 1.5 months in July and August 2020. As we were planning a long stay, evidently, we had a lot of questions. Nadja was very responsive, she answered all of our questions and helped with the booking process, which was a breeze through the ALOHA Florida web site.
We met Caprice at check-in. She was extremely professional, too, and answered all of our questions. The villa was exactly as pictured on the ALOHA web site, beautiful pool, awesome hangout area by the pool, fantastic kitchen, comfortable living area and bedrooms and great bathrooms. The villa was very well equipped and had everything we needed, including a very fast and reliable internet connection. The bottle of wine and snacks at our arrival was a very nice touch!
During our stay, we had the opportunity to visit some of their other properties, and we found all of those exactly as pictured on the ALOHA web site. This management company has very high standards. We found that all the properties we visited were very clean, equipped with high-end furniture and appliances, wonderful amenities, they are in great neighborhoods and uniquely designed.

I can talk about Nadja only in superlatives! She was our contact during the stay. She is extremely sweet, she was incredibly attentive and responsive not just before our arrival, but during our whole stay and was a text away for any questions. She is very professional, and courteous!

We had an amazing experience renting from ALOHA! The entire process from booking to checking out was too good to be true. Both the villa and ALOHA (Caprice and Nadja) exceeded our expectations. We will most definitely be renting from them again when we visit the Cape Coral area. I give them 10 stars! Thank you for the wonderful memories!

DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT RENT FROM CAPRICE…. LIKE ANYTHING!

If you do expect to walk into a FILTHY place…. Water damaged floors…. Wood floors so dirty that they have to be stained a darker wood color. An actual hoarder had to of lived in this place prior. She will steal your safety deposit and blame all the damage on you…. Things that were clearly the tenants damage before you moving in. She isn’t a real estate agent or even a professional landlord… she’s a scammer!
