The single most challenging Real Estate Transaction in my life - and I have had quite a few. I will never enable dual brokerage representation again - even when the Brokerage comes highly recommended.

Its as if this was the first transaction ever the brokerage, lenders, title agency (all of whom were recommended by the brokerage) had tried to execute and there were multiple misses and delays by every one of them along the way. At some point in time "sorry" or "you deserve much more than this" only gets you so far....

Hard for me to write this when I had such a positive experience with the same firm in Ohio; however I would not recommend this brokerage and/or agency in Houston for your real estate transaction.....

12-16-24 Update: Please be prepared that if you post honest feedback about your experience on this or other platforms to be greeted by and "independent" investigation conducted by the Agencies Legal Counsel - rather than have constructive conversations about the issue be provided with a cease and desist demand from the same Counsel - have timelines established by this Brokerage and Counsel not met a reluctance to work to resolve any differences. In my honest opinion, clients beware of how you will be treated should there be issues to discuss and resolve with this agency!

Thea Fellencer was truly great to work with, not only is she very hardworking but a wealth of knowledge which was super helpful on my move from Florida here to Texas. Last year I tried to sell my house Pre-Covid. Had no luck & decided to terminate the listing. Trying to sell again this year with another company. Having absolutely NO LUCK getting any calls returned regarding why they won't terminate my listing. Got HAR involved & they were unsuccessful getting calls returned. When ONE call was returned they stated there were outstanding balances I know nothing about nor have any emails or information about! WORST COMPANY TO WORK WITH!!! Completely unprofessional, ESPECIALLY DURING TRYING TIMES! Definitely passing this info along to all!
