Vidi and her team were incredibly helpful in the sale of my Mom’s house and longtime family home. Vidi represented me in a complex  "1031 exchange" process.  Without her guidance and expertise I would have been lost as I am not a real estate investor this was my first time.  As my listing agent, Vidi worked her magic and helped me make all of the decisions for remodel, paint etc. to maximise profits and get the house sold quickly.  She is an expert in the real estate market in San Diego, highly familiar with the different communities and the characteristics of each one of them, which enabled us to focus the search for a property to the kind that I was looking for and find exactly what I needed relatively quickly and despite the shortage of inventory in San Diego at that specific period of time.
