I knew right away, I was in good hands with Michele Shuler. Within hours of my lender (Joe Tafolla - great guy!) introducing us, she reached out and not with a generic "fill out this form" approach, but with a genuine interest in helping me find my new home.

I mentioned I was planning to fly up from California to the Seattle area so I could tour homes on Mercer Island that weekend, just to casually see what was available and she immediately spent a good 10-15 minutes with me over the phone to break down the current market conditions, what she could offer, and why I should consider working with her. Her responsiveness and direct communication style helped me understand the ins and outs of what to expect.
